Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of our website and client portal.

Last updated 27 June 2026.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Cadre website and client portal. By using the site you agree to them. The provision of consulting, delivery or talent services is governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

Using this site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful. Access to the client portal is for authorised users of a client organisation; keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

Information on the site

Content on this site is provided for general information. Case studies and examples are illustrative of the kind of work we do and are not a guarantee of outcomes. We aim to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free.

Intellectual property

The Cadre name, logo, site design and content are owned by Cadre or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email [email protected].
