Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated 27 June 2026.

Who we are

Cadre (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides technology consulting, digital transformation and talent solutions. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website or engage us, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For any privacy question we are the data controller and can be reached at [email protected].

Information we collect

When you submit a brief or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, company, and the requirements you share. If you use the client portal, we hold the account details needed to sign you in and the briefs associated with your organisation.

Our servers and analytics also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you ask for, run and secure the client portal, and improve our website. We do not sell personal data.

Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing and improving the site), and consent (non-essential analytics cookies, which you can decline).

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site and portal work, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to understand usage. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner, and change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

Sharing and storage

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where the law requires. Data is stored on secure infrastructure within the UK and EU.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to manage our relationship with you, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
